★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio la chófer del turno de las 8:30am de la ruta 44 y una grosera ordinaria, lleno el camión y todavía que le dije amiga ya está lleno dijo subo a 10 o a 20 total no los estás cargando y siempre estuvo con su celular, la unidad es 347.
 Terrible service the driver of the 8:30 am shift of Route 44 and an ordinary rude, filled the truck and even though I told her friend it is already full she said I go up to 10 or 20 total you are not loading them and she was always with her cell phone, the unit is 347.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quisiera saber porque no ponen mas camiones de la ruta 2-15 Nipchupte porque en horas pico habemos muchos que nos quedamos no nos levanta el chofer al igual de regreso en zona hotelera en horario de 22 a 23 hrs. no se para el chofer por gente y nos quedamos en los paraderos.
I would like to know why they do not put more trucks on route 2-15 Nipchupte because in peak hours we have many who stay, the driver does not pick us up as well as back in the hotel zone from 22 to 23 hrs. The driver does not stop for people and we stay at the bus stops.

Drivers don't stop even though they don't have a ticket or simply don't stop because they do, offering poor service.

Large mobile unit 13 people, comfortable, transfer Cancun Airport to hotel zone... only detail that took 10 minutes to pick us up....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in an all-exclusive resort in the Hotel Zone. Transportation was provided as long as we stayed within the 'family' of resorts. But when we wanted an 'outside' excursion, the hotel could not help us. Fortunately Auto Car (the city bus) had a bus stop on the sidewalk right in front of the hotel. This was wonderful, since it was dark and we had only a short distance (but too far to walk) to go. The Fare is 12 pesos per person (about 50 cents USD) and the buses run 24/7, and are usually only a few minutes apart in this area.
The drivers have limited English and stops are usually not announced, so keep track of where you are going.
The buses are relatively clean and safety was not an issue, but I was not alone. hang on to your stuff and don't forget anything when you leave.
We enjoyed this efficient service that was inexpensive and got us to where we needed to be quickly.
