★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son tranzas, GNP te lo ofrece como taller para que reparen tu vehículo y terminan diciendo que tu reparación se sale del presupuesto asignado por la aseguradora y que ellos te lo pueden reparar por fuera con un costo adicional, tranza entre autoclinic y GNP
They are tranzas, GNP offers it to you as a workshop to repair your vehicle and they end up saying that your repair is out of the budget assigned by the insurer and that they can repair it for you outside at an additional cost, between autoclinic and GNP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eviten este lugar a toda costa. Instalaciones saturadas a mas no poder, carros hasta en la banqueta. Instalaciones desordenadas, sucias, caóticas, recepción sucia y con mala atención. Dos semanas nada mas para dar un presupuesto. No quiero imaginarme cuanto mas para la reparacion. Aqui me mando mi Seguro GNP y por supuesto no deje mi carro. Voy a pegar el grito al cielo en GNP. No es posible que tengan este nivel de talleres a su servicio.
Avoid this place at all costs. Installations overcrowded, but cars even on the sidewalk. Messy, dirty, chaotic facilities, dirty reception and poor attention. Two weeks just to give a budget. I don't want to imagine how much more for the repair. Here I send my GNP Insurance and of course do not leave my car. I'm going to hit the scream to heaven in GNP. It is not possible that they have this level of workshops at your service.

La pintura ya se me está botando, me colocaron la misma tolva y pensaron que no me iba a dar cuenta, todas pz que le colocaron son chinas.
Mi carro tiene interiores beige así tenía el retrovisor y me colocaron uno negro, parecía que me estaban haciendo un favor.
Cometí el error de pagar un poco más porque me arreglarán un Rayon y de igual manera la pintura ya valió:(

On behalf of GNP I took my Civic.
The paint is already dripping off me, they put the same hopper on me and they thought I was not going to notice it, all the pieces they put in are Chinese.
My car has beige interiors so I had the rear view mirror and they put a black one on me, it seemed they were doing me a favor.
I made the mistake of paying a little more because they will fix a Rayon and in the same way the paint was already worth :(
VERY BAD WORK. DO NOT GO!

Al siguiente día regresé con mi carro en grúa por algo que hicieron mal y se atrevieron a sugerirme que eso lo hiciera por mi cuenta en un lugar cercano a mi domicilio y evitarme el lío de llegar en grúa y todo lo que implicaba.
Ahora estoy convencido de que no recomendaría por nada su servicio. Son mal hechos. He tenido que realizar reparaciones por mi cuenta sobre cosas que dejaron mal. No lo usen.
De hecho no fui por mi gusto, fue el servicio que me proporcionó mi aseguradora.

The next day I returned with my car in a crane for something they did wrong and they dared to suggest that I do it on my own in a place close to my home and avoid the hassle of arriving by crane and everything that involved.
Now I am convinced that I would not recommend their service at all. They are poorly made. I've had to make repairs on my own about things that went wrong. Don't use it.
In fact it was not for my pleasure, it was the service that my insurer provided me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se suponía debían reparar mi auto de un choque, acepyte q le dieran un baño de pintura a mi auto, me cobraron caro y lo dejaron muuuy mal se descarapela el esmalte q le pusieron, fuí varias veces a q arreglaran lo mal q lo habían dejado y nunca tenían tiempo apesar de q los se los dejé más de un mes, definitivamente NO lo recomiendo, tengan CUIDADO de llevar su auto a ese lugar
Terrible service, they were supposed to repair my car from a crash, accept that they gave my car a paint bath, they charged me dearly and left it sooo bad the enamel they put on it peels off, I went several times to fix how bad it was They had left and they never had time even though I left them for more than a month, I definitely do NOT recommend it, be CAREFUL to take your car to that place
