From the total disgust, my car was left with many details and even complete parts that had to be changed, they repaired them instead of changing them, I honestly feel that they were stolen instead of putting them on me, apart from that they took a long time to give me the car and they left it full of other paintings, all lousy

Worst place to take your car, my car has been going for more than a month and a half and it's still not ready, when asking for a report they always tell me that next week or flat out they tell me that the person who is with the file is not there and they don't they can pass reports, lousy service

I went for a repair order without deductible, but reading such bad ratings of this workshop I decided to repair it on my own and demand something called PAYMENT OF DAMAGES, the insurer of course (ANA SEGUROS) made her super tired and tried to avoid paying the "payment of damages" insisting that I bring the car to the workshop, which was what was best for me, they even offered to change the workshop "for one that works better" (the actual words of the person of ANA SEGUROS), after many, but many calls and reaching the person responsible for paying damages "ANA SEGUROS authorizes the autoclinic workshop to do the damage valuation", since they (autoclinic) make it clear from the beginning that they do not do valuations, (of course it is not convenient for them) , I went to the workshop (it must be before 1 pm), they did the valuation that took about an hour and a half and they told me from now on everything is already with the insurer, I called the insurer they sent me the damage payment forms They asked me to send scans of the papers that prove ownership of the vehicle, as well as a bank account where the payment of damages will be deposited, exactly 8 days later they paid me, not all people know that payment of damages can be demanded, fix on your own, avoid leaving the car for more than 1 month in the workshop and fix it in your trusted workshop.

Terrible place, the attention is zero, they take too long to repair something so simple and they don't do it well !!
