Acudí el mismo día a la sucursal y estuve un tiempo total de una hora y media, sin embargo, el procedimiento en mi vehículo fue muy rápido (menos de 45 minutos) eso sí, tuve que esperar a que un trabajador estuviera disponible. Desde un principio te advierten que pueden demorar entre 2-3 horas. La atención por telefónica fue muy amable y eficiente y el personal que colocó el vidrio fue muy atento, brindándome todas las indicaciones necesarias para que el proceso terminara de la mejor forma posible. Tienes opción de esperar tu vehículo, cuentan con una pequeña pero ventilada sala de espera. Puedes pagar con tarjeta de crédito con un cargo extra del 3% a tu total.
