★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona que atiende este lugar no conoce lo que vende, uno pregunta al que se supone es el experto en el tema pues supongo que sabe lo que vende. El sábado 13 se le pidió un par de focos led de UN polo, mi carro tiene de 4 polos. O sea nos dió unos igual a los que tiene el auto, al llegar con el autoeléctrico sólo abrió la caja no siquiera los sacó y nos dijo que son iguales. Regresamos el mismo sábado a cambiar y ya estaba cerrado (10 minutos pasaron). Hoy lunes acabamos de ir a que nos cambie los focos y el doñito todo agresivo se niega alegando que no, que ya están usados, le explicamos que no, no se sacaron de la caja, que ocupamos el de un polo, y ya aún mucho más agresivo dice que no, que no se puede, que no tiene de esos porque, textualmente dijo "yo aquí vendo lo que quiero y eso no lo vendo". Entonces vende mercancía usada, no encuentro otra explicación, y es tranza además.
Además NO DA NOTA, por lo que ni forma hay de hacer reclamaciones.
$500 nos robó el doñito. Tengan cuidado y exijan nota.
The person who attends this place does not know what he sells, one asks who is supposed to be the expert on the subject because I suppose he knows what he sells. On Saturday the 13th he was asked for a pair of ONE pole led spotlights, my car has 4 poles. In other words, he gave us the same ones as the ones the car has, when he arrived with the car, he only opened the box, he did not even take them out and told us that they are the same.
