★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de seriedad y profesionalismo, solicitan los documentos, confirman y a las pocas horas te dicen que siempre no, argumentando que el problema es que no respondiste pronto al mensaje cuando nunca dicen eso y sólo han pasado un par de horas. NO les importa que detrás de cada "cliente" hay una persona con necesidad. LAMENTABLE que el dueño sea quien me atendió y le valió mi queja, sólo dijo OK. NO HIZO NADA POR BUSCAR UNA SOLUCIÓN A SU CONFUSIÓN. Y NO DEJARME CON LA MUDANZA PROGRAMADA POR SU CULPAS. PARA NADA QUE RECOMIENDO ESTE SERVICIO.
Lack of seriousness and professionalism, they request the documents, confirm and after a few hours they tell you that they always do not, arguing that the problem is that you did not respond to the message soon when they never say that and it has only been a couple of hours. They DO NOT care that behind every "client" there is a person in need. UNFORTUNATELY that the owner is the one who treated me and earned my complaint, he just said OK. DID NOTHING TO LOOK FOR A SOLUTION TO HIS CONFUSION. AND DON'T LEAVE ME WITH THE SCHEDULED MOVE IN BECAUSE OF YOUR GUILTS. FOR NOTHING THAT I RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE.
