★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pendientes de un srreglo pads m coche tienen 17 dias en que no llegan las refsccionees ya las aytorizo la aseguradora y no me ducen nada hace 15 dias!!!
 Pending of a repair pads my car have 17 days in which the refsccionees do not arrive and the insurance company has given them and they do not give me anything 15 days ago !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuanto al trabajo es excelente, no le doy las 5 estrellas por que muchas veces no atienden las llamadas, mi carro se demoró un mes PERO FUE POR ERROR DE LA ASEGURADORA el taller cumplió en tiempo y forma... Repararon todo el costado y parte trasera.
As for the work it is excellent, I do not give it the 5 stars because many times they do not answer the calls, my car was delayed for a month BUT IT WAS BY THE INSURER'S ERROR the workshop fulfilled in time and form ... They repaired the whole side rear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor taller al que he ido en cuestión de atención al cliente. Llegue y me dijeron que estaban llenos y que regresará en una semana.
La persona que me atendió fue grosera y me dijo que no se iba a poder arreglar bien el golpe hasta que le dije que me retiraba.
Espantoso servicio.
The worst workshop I have ever been to in terms of customer service. I arrived and was told they were full and will be back in a week.
The person who treated me was rude and told me that the blow would not be able to be fixed properly until I told him that I was leaving.
Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención a clientes, dejamos un vehículo y ya va para más de un mes y siguen sin tocarlo, marcamos y nos dicen una mentira tras otra, nos dejan en espera y la señorita qué contesta es muy déspota, cero recomendable
Terrible service and customer service, we leave a vehicle and it has been going for more than a month and they still do not touch it, we dial and they tell us one lie after another, they leave us on hold and the lady who answers is very despotic, zero recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi camioneta lleva casi 2 meses en reparación por un golpe en la puerta.
Cada vez que llamo, me contesta una señorita que al preguntarle de novedades de la camioneta, me deja esperando fácilmente 40 minutos con una música desesperante jaja.
Llevo semanas marcando y nadie me contesta..
Creo que la camioneta va a salir bien, pero el servicio y tiempo de espera esta nefasto.
My truck has been under repair for almost 2 months due to a knock on the door.
Every time I call, a young lady answers me that when I ask her about news about the truck, she easily leaves me waiting 40 minutes with desperate music haha.
I've been dialing for weeks and nobody answers me ...
I think the truck is going to be fine, but the service and waiting time is dire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recibí un golpe muy chico y mi seguro me mando a repararlo aquí fue en la defensa trasera, para mi sorpresa al recogerla le hicieron un daño en el VOLANTE para que se hicieran responsables fueron muy groseras las señoritas y lo repararon espantoso lo dejaron de un color totalmente diferente y no quieren repararlo bien. A parte me prometieron la camioneta a medio día y estuvo 3 horas y media después. No lo recomendaría jamás es irreal que por un golpe en la defensa este batallando con mi volante son unos descuidados
I received a very small blow and my insurance sent me to repair it here it was in the rear bumper, to my surprise when I picked it up they did damage to the WHEEL so that they were made responsible the ladies were very rude and they repaired it horrible they left it a color totally different and they don't want to repair it right. Besides, they promised me the truck at noon and it was 3 and a half hours later. I would never recommend it, it is unreal that because of a blow to the defense I am battling with my steering wheel, they are careless
