Lo revisé más a detalle por lo mismo y se sentía rayado del cofre y los costados! Cuando lo comenté, resulta que ya no aceptaron nada y se contradecían en las “razones” del porqué estaba así! Uno conoce sus cosas y mi auto NO llegó en ese estado, lejos de dar una respuesta al menos con cierta educación, simplemente lo negaron y ahora todos en montón! NO gano nada estar “inventado” las cosas, mi auto NO estaba así!! Pésima experiencia y lástima porque me lo habían recomendado completamente diferente! 1 cliente insatisfecho son cientos más... “Calidad del servicio no es lo que tú das, es lo que recibe el cliente” Bad experience, when I was "ready" my car was still dirty on the sides and roof, I commented on it and they accepted that it was dirty!
