Nunca me gusta hacer comentarios negativos, ya que considero que es necesario incentivar la economía local. Pero lamentablemente me tocó la mala suerte hoy. El auto me lo entregaron muy sucio, no lo secaron bien, los rines sucios, y le aplicaron una crema interior que huele a taxi tsuru limpiado con lejía para baños públicos. Esa crema le dió en la torre a mis interiores ya que no la necesitaba y aun así se la aplicaron, quedó un asco mi auto...Mil disculpas pero no recomiendo ese autolavado...no saben lo que es el trato al cliente y mucho menos lavar un auto. Atendió una señora de la tercera edad y un muchacho de aprox 14 o 15 años...Me cobraron 50 pesos por hechar a perder ese dia mi nuevo jetta y los corajes que hice.
Lo tendré que lavar yo.

Today, May 29, I went to wash my car.
I never like to make negative comments, since I consider that it is necessary to stimulate the local economy. But unfortunately I was unlucky today. The car was delivered to me very dirty, they did not dry it well, the wheels were dirty, and they applied an interior cream that smells like a tsuru taxi cleaned with bleach for public toilets. That cream gave my interiors in the tower since I did not need it and even so they applied it, my car was disgusting ... A thousand apologies but I do not recommend that car wash ... they do not know what customer treatment is and much less washing a car. A lady of the third age and a boy of about 14 or 15 years attended ... They charged me 50 pesos for spoiling that day my new jetta and the anger that I did.
I'll have to wash it myself.
