The place is too dirty, they did not wash my car with a pressure gun because it does not work, almost with pure water. I asked for package 1 that included washing the hoppers, if I didn't tell the person to wash them, this person would not have washed them. Terrible service.

I don't usually write reviews like this, but I will do it to avoid wasting your money in this branch because although the owners like it, the service provided here is simply bad and mediocre; I also hope that they do not answer with a string of nonsense as they have been doing and have the humility and character to accept the situation and instead of getting upset, take actions to improve their service. Having said that; I went three times to wash my car there, in those three opportunities they had to do their job well, they all failed; soap on the windows, bad vacuuming and incomplete work... the 1st visit was only the basic package, they did not clean the windows well and the mirrors were stained with soap and they cleaned the ashtray, I complained to them and they only offered an apology. 2nd visit a higher package to see if it improved, but not the same problems, they do not rinse the car well so the bodywork and the windows are stained, they did not vacuum the interior well and this time I did not complain to see what happened on the third visit. 3rd and last and final verdict, I asked them for the package that included trunk vacuuming and I also asked for headlight polishing, this time I stayed in their pseudo waiting room and seeing how they did the work, again they left windows and mirrors stained and THE WORST THING they did not vacuum the trunk or polish the headlights, yes, they wanted to charge me for it, the argument about the trunk is that they could not open it and about the headlights that, according to them, they did, which is false, the worst thing is that they They get arrogant and instead of correcting, they get upset... just like the owners when they make a negative review. NOTE. I made the three visits just to be able to write this review and not be left with the doubt if it was just bad luck or if they really do a lousy job and that's how it was, a lousy job.

Very bad service, they skipped my place and also they clean the cars horrible. All the glass fogged up and full of soap. In addition to that they did not vacuum well interiors. I do not recommend them.
