★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte de la encargada al solicitarle factura, argumentando fallas en su sistema para el envío de archivos xml, de mala gana quedó en enviarmela cuando "su sistema" se reestablezca y todavía que me cobró el iva nunca me llegó la factura que para esta fecha ya expiró. Una queja a Profeco y una visita al SAT no estarían mal.
Terrible attention from the person in charge when requesting an invoice, arguing for failures in her system for sending xml files, she reluctantly agreed to send it to me when "her system" was re-established and even though she charged me the VAT, the invoice that for this date has already expired. A complaint to Profeco and a visit to the SAT would not be bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparte de lo caro y mal humorado de sus trabajadores lavan el coche horrible incluso aprecio un rayón gigante que no tenia antes y no lo limpiaron por adentro únicamente le pasaron un trapo a al parabrisas y lo dejaron todo manchado y por fuera todas las esquinas llenas de mugre ni siquiera parece que lo hayan lavado y los rines ni se digan, de verdad no pierdan su tiempo ahí pésimo servicio
Apart from how expensive and bad-tempered their workers are, they wash the car horrible, I even appreciate a giant scratch that it did not have before and they did not clean it from the inside, they only wiped the windshield with a cloth and left everything stained and on the outside all the corners full of dirt does not even seem to have been washed and the rims do not even say, really do not waste your time there lousy service
