En las ocasiones que he visitado el auto lavado, él no se encuentra para supervisar el trabajo del personal y mantenerse "cercano" a los clientes por si algo se ofrece. Este domingo faltó uno de los trabajadores y eso significó que la calidad del lavado fuera pobre.
I think the owner or manager of the place is called Manuel. On the occasions that I have visited the car wash, he is not there to supervise the work of the staff and stay "close" to the customers in case something is offered. This Sunday one of the workers was absent and that meant that the quality of the washing was poor.
