Espere mucho a que atienda mi vehículo y dieron prioridad a tres autos que llegaron media hora después que yo por que solo era limpieza exterior. La maquina de limpieza es buena y avanza a una velocidad aceptable.Aclaro que acudi en domingo. Califico con 4 por que en cuanto a limpieza me parece bastante bueno, el detalle esta en la rapidez. El área de espera es buena, climatizada y huele agradable. The service is slow, they are not very staffed and it seems they are a bit disorganized. They lack a responsible person who assigns priority. I waited a long time for me to attend to my vehicle and they gave priority to three cars that arrived half an hour after me because it was only exterior cleaning. The cleaning machine is good and progresses at an acceptable speed. Of course, I came on Sunday. I qualify with 4 because in terms of cleaning it seems quite good, the detail is in the speed. The waiting area is good, heated and smells nice.

Normalmente elijo el paquete que incluye lavado de chasis; sin embargo, en mi experiencia no me entregan el auto totalmente aspirado y la carrocería no la lavan totalmente, ya que son visibles las partes con polvo. El lado positivo es que cuentan con sala climatizada para esperar cómodamente que concluyan con el servicio y no demora mucho, en caso de tener prisa. Precios medianamente competitivos. This washing center offers express service. I usually choose the package that includes chassis wash; however, in my experience they do not give me the car fully vacuumed and the bodywork is not completely washed, as the dusty parts are visible. The positive side is that they have an air-conditioned room to comfortably wait for them to finish with the service and it does not take long, in case you are in a hurry. Fairly competitive prices.

Bueno en la última tiraron mi control remoto de mi reja a la basura. En mi experiencia les recomiendo que revisen su auto muy bien cuando les entreguen. They used to give good service, the last 2 times have been terrible, with the same person. Well in the last one they threw my remote control from my gate in the trash. In my experience I recommend that you check your car very well when it is delivered.

Después de 2 horas y media de dejar mi camioneta pagando el servicio más alto que incluía un super lavado/encerado por dentro y por fuera, el coche aún así no quedó bien, lleno de manchas por fuera que solo se quitaban al pasar el dedo y por dentro lleno de polvo en muchas partes, le comenté al encargado y disque volvieron a limpiar y por dentro lo volvieron a dejar igual... Esta es la segunda vez que me lo dejan mal ya no volveré a ir Bad service. After 2 1/2 hours of leaving my truck paying the highest service which included a super wash/wax inside and out, the car still didn't look good, full of stains on the outside that only a finger swipe would remove and inside full of dust in many parts, I told the manager and they cleaned again and inside they left it the same again... This is the second time they left it wrong for me and I will not go again

J	Jair Saldivar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hicieron pasar un mal rato al percatarme de que no limpiaron bien los vidrios (los dejaron grasosos), no sacaron la toda la basura del interior, Lavada mediocre, el personal lava con flojera. Se necesitan estandarizar procesos y que alguien supervise al final la calidad de la lavada, antes de entregar el coche. Jamás vuelvo a regresar! They made me have a hard time realizing that they did not clean the windows well (they left them greasy), they did not take out all the garbage inside, mediocre washing, the staff washes lazily. Processes need to be standardized and someone needs to supervise the quality of the wash at the end, before delivering the car. I will never go back!
N	Nick Jager on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted a quick "Express" wash (should take less than 10 minutes). The first time I went through, my car was still covered in soap and was wet. I was invited to go through another time to fix the issue. The car wash broke down with a car in it. An hour after my arrival, I was through with a clean car. I was hoping this would be one of the businesses in Merida that would not only try to fix a problem, but offer to win back your business after a poor experience. Autolavado Vector Plaza is not one of those businesses. I talked with the management and they only offered an apology. The staff here seem to be hard workers and courteous!
