Una atención pronta y aceptable.
Al recibir el paquete te dan las indicaciones para seguir el tramite.
Solo que en la parte centro de la ciudad lo complicado es el transporte para llegar ya que el transporte público solo te aproxima.
Lo más indicado es taxi o transporte personal.

Envió de GDL CDMX de dos mesas de parota que llegaron golpeadas:
Mesa pequeña:
- pata golpeada y “desclavada”
Mesa grande:
- varios golpes en las orillas
- dejaron la mesa en el piso bajo y dado que solo vinieron 2 personas no pudieron subirla 3 pisos que ya habían sido acordados dado que la entrega llegó 5 días tarde a lo prometido. Subir la mesa me costó $1,500 pesos.
Mi reclamo es para que se me reembolse lo siguiente:
- costo de subir la mesa: $1,500
- costo de reparación del ebanista: ~ $10,000
