Little attention, they neglect shipping, they are lost, delayed and even sent to another destination city, just because of the low 2-star prices!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un poco inoportuno ir hasta este lugar a agendar una recolección y que te digan que sólo se programan vía telefónica. Tienen 5 estrellas sólo porque la atención en ventanilla y vía telefónica fueron sumamente eficientes. Pero como sugerencia sería bueno poder agendar desde ventanilla también.
It is a bit unfortunate to go to this place to schedule a pickup and to be told that they are only scheduled by phone. They have 5 stars just because the attention at the telly and telephone were extremely efficient. But as a suggestion it would be nice to be able to schedule from the window as well.
