★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre están de malas, todo el personal es mal educado y una mujer siempre se la pasa hablando por teléfono y platicando y la fila esperando hasta que quieran. Lo único bueno es que es económica la paquetería.
 They are always in a bad mood, all the staff are rude and a woman is always talking on the phone and chatting and waiting in line until they want. The only good thing is that the package is cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es muy chico, el área de descarga es solo para tres lugares, y tienes que esperar a que se desocupe uno para descargar, y casi sino es que no hay tarimas para poner tus productos, y una vez que descargaste tienes menos de 5 minutos para mover tu vehículo para que otros se estacione para bajar sus productos, y ya después tienes que hacer fila para documentar y pagar el flete.
The place is very small, the unloading area is only for three places, and you have to wait for one to be vacated to unload, and almost if there are no platforms to put your products, and once you downloaded you have less than 5 minutes to move your vehicle so that others can park to unload their products, and then you have to queue to document and pay the freight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 mayo 2022 la mujer que respondió el teléfono me dejó en espera mientras socializaba con lo q al parecer eran compañeros para después colgarme sin dar ninguna información. PÉSIMO servicio.
May 5, 2022 the woman who answered the phone put me on hold while I socialized with what seemed to be colleagues and then hung up on me without giving any information. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te reciben rápido pero ala hora de documentar tu mercancía...pierdes más de una hora y de 6 ventanillas que están disponibles solo dos están en servicio (unos de los transportes con mala atención )
They receive you quickly but when it comes to documenting your merchandise... you lose more than an hour and of 6 windows that are available only two are in service (some of the transports with poor attention)
