Curiosidad: El dueño, o quien sea, responde solo los comentarios negativos en vez de querer solucionarlo. Si así hacen con estos comentarios, cuando tengas queja de su servicio directo, no se imaginan ni de lo que son capaces. HORRIBLE. Terrible service. Especially the customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. Fun fact: The owner, or whoever, only responds to negative comments instead of wanting to fix it. If they do so with these comments, when you have a complaint about their direct service, they cannot imagine what they are capable of. HORRIBLE.
R	Richard Neil Flores Duran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente mi experiencia en este lugar fue muy mala, me animé a ir porque había visto que tenían buena calificación, sin embargo no recomendaría a nadie asistir ahí. La atención que me dieron fue un tanto descortés y bastante prepotente (cómo si me estuvieran haciendo "un favor"); sin embargo lo que más me molestó es que me hicieron perder un día, para no resolver mi problema; llevé mi coche a primera hora ya que estaba perdiendo líquido de la dirección hidráulica, al rededor de la 1 pm me marcaron para decirme que había que conseguir unas piezas y que no las tenían, que pasara por mi coche y en la semana me contactarían para darme una cotización; pasó la semana y no me marcaron, por lo que tuve que marcar para pedir razón de mi cotización a lo que me dijeron "qué problema tiene su coche?" les indiqué que me lo habían revisado hacía 8 días, a lo que me insistieron que "cuál era el problema?", cómo si no lo hubieran revisado!!! les comenté que estaba perdiendo líquido de la electro-bomba y me dijeron "ah, pues es eso, la tiene que conseguir porque nosotros no la manejamos" les pregunté que si la conseguía si ellos la podían instalar a lo que me dijeron "si, pero la tiene que conseguir usted, porque nosotros no podemos"; total que no quedé muy convencido por lo que opté por llevar mi coche a otro taller, me diagnosticaron en 10 minutos!!! Cuál era el problema? NO ERA LA ELECTRO-BOMBA!!! se tenía que empacar la caja de la dirección, lo hicieron y problema resuelto!!! Por no revisar bien me hubieran hecho gastar en una electro-bomba la cuál sale cara y no se hubiera solucionado mi problema real!!! Pésima atención realmente... Honestly, my experience in this place was very bad, I was encouraged to go because I had seen that they had a good rating, however I would not recommend anyone to go there. The attention they gave me was somewhat impolite and quite arrogant (as if they were doing me "a favor"); however, what bothered me the most is that they made me lose a day, so as not to solve my problem; I took my car first thing in the morning since it was losing fluid from the hydraulic steering, around 1 pm they called me to tell me that I had to get some parts and that they did not have them, that I should go by my car and in the week they would contact me to give me a quote; The week went by and they didn't call me, so I had to call to ask for a reason for my quote, to which they told me "what's wrong with your car?" I told them that they had checked it 8 days ago, to which they insisted that "what was the problem?", as if they hadn't checked it!!! I told them that I was losing fluid from the electro-pump and they told me "ah, well that's it, you have to get it because we don't handle it" I asked them if I could get it if they could install it to which they told me "yes, but you have to get it, because we can't"; total that I was not very convinced so I chose to take my car to another workshop, they diagnosed me in 10 minutes! What was the problem? IT WASN'T THE ELECTRO-PUMP!!! the address box had to be packed, they did it and problem solved!!! For not checking well they would have made me spend on an electro-pump which is expensive and my real problem would not have been solved!!! Terrible care really...
