★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jueves 21 de nov., casi la 1 de la tarde, la tienda cerrada, sucursal WTC. Hay cajas por todos lados y empleados arreglándolas y acomodando cosas. Desde adentro de la tienda uno del personal pregunta si voy a comprar, digo que sí, les digo el modelo que estoy buscando, pero no lo tienen. En lugar de proponerme opciones o siquiera alguno de ellos salir a decirme a qué hora van a abrir de nuevo, siguen en su rollo. Muy mal, por lo pronto no recomendaría este lugar.
Thursday, Nov. 21, almost 1 p.m., the store closed, WTC branch. There are boxes everywhere and employees fixing them and arranging things. From inside the store one of the staff asks if I'm going to buy, I say yes, I tell them the model I'm looking for, but they don't have it. Instead of proposing options or even some of them go out and tell me what time they will open again, they are still in their roll. Too bad, for now I would not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene muchos años la tienda y hay cosas increíbles, aunque como siempre los precios son elevadisimos, intentan como siempre justificar los altos costos, que por qué vienen de otros países y traerlos encarece mucho el producto y se entiende más no se justifica también entiendo que pagan renta luz etc pero es increíble que un hor Wheels básico te lo quieran dar en $80 pesos también se entiende que hay gente que lo paga son chistar pero es una lástima que no haya un control sobre los precios tan elevados desde mi muy particular punto de vista.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AUTOS USADOS QUE TE QUIEREN VENDER COMO NUEVOS FRAUDE....No compren .... hacen pasar autos usados como nuevos, que vergüenza pase al entregar el regalo y pareciera sacado de la basura, la caja tenia detalles, pongo fotos en donde se ven los detalles un coche nuevo y que jamás ha sido sacado de su empaque presenta estas fallas, lo que están haciendo es fraude, si son artículos reconstruidos o de segunda mano es su obligación informar antes de la compra, ya inicie queja formal en profeco... Sandra la que atiende todavía se atreve a decir que los artículos son nuevos que descaro, a parte de que los coleccionistas me indicaron que la pintura ni si quiera era automotriz ... son unos rateros
