En mi caso fui a comprar refacciones y el trato me pareció amable, encontré lo que buscaba y en general todo bien. Sandoval on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi auto al servicio, este fue el primer servicio después de que se venció la garantía del auto, me comentaron que tenía que cambiar la batería porque estaba fallando... Les argumenté que la batería jamás había fallado, el auto no había presentado indicios de que algo anduviera mal en el aspecto eléctrico por lo que les indique no lo cambiaran. Llegué a mi hogar, deje el auto estacionado y no lo use hasta otro día en la mañana, y para mi sorpresa ya no prendió. Marque a la agencia y me pidieron llevará al auto para una revisión. Me volvieron a argumentar que cambiara la batería y que si no la cambiaba pues ahí el auto no encendería. Mi auto jamás había fallado, es bastante raro que justo al día siguiente que ellos pidieron el cambio de batería, este ya no encendiera. Fue algo frustrante el sentir que el daño fue provocado para generar más ventas. Mala experiencia. My car had never failed, it is quite strange that just the day after they asked for the battery change, it did not start anymore. It was somewhat frustrating to feel that the damage was done to generate more sales. Bad experience.
