Cuando acompañaba a familiares a ver coches la atención era extremadamente buena e incluso algunos llegaron a adquirir unidades de esta agencia, sin embargo cuando yo llegué a ver un ONIX PREMIER la atención fue pésima, solicité información a un asesor para ver si podían aceptarme un coche seminuevo de poco kilometraje, me respondió que no y posteriormente dijo que preguntaría un poco sobre el coche para ver si podían explicarme sobre la posibilidad de un financiamiento o ver la manera en como el coche se pudiera liquidar de inmediato, me quedé esperando fuera más de 20 minutos, casi 30 y nadie salió, todos los asesores pasaban alado de mí y ni uno me preguntaba si necesitaba algo, el asesor “encargado” jamás apareció y el vigilante/policía de la agencia entró a buscarlo y resulta que no estaba en la agencia, ya se había ido a comer. El vigilante tuvo que disculparse conmigo, se mostró apenado por la actitud porque él presenció todo, me di la vuelta y me fui a otra agencia, agencia donde si aceptaron mi coche seminuevo y si me vendieron uno sin pensarlo dos veces, ahora ya tengo casi 10 meses con el coche y la atención en la agencia es excelente; no como en esta, CHEVROLET FUE UNA MALA EXPERIENCIA QUE OCURRIÓ A PRINCIPIOS DE 2021 Previous rating: 5 stars Now: 1 star ? When I accompanied relatives to see cars the attention was extremely good and some even bought units from this agency, however when I came to see an ONIX PREMIER the attention was terrible, I requested information from an advisor to see if they could accept me a car preowned with low mileage, he answered no and later said that he would ask a little about the car to see if they could explain me about the possibility of financing or see how the car could be liquidated immediately, I stayed waiting outside more than 20 minutes, almost 30 and no one came out, all the advisors passed by me and not one of them asked me if I needed anything, the "in charge" advisor never appeared and the agency guard/police came looking for him and it turns out he was not in the agency, had already gone to eat. The guard had to apologize to me, he was sorry for the attitude because he witnessed everything, I turned around and went to another agency, an agency where they accepted my second-hand car and if they sold me one without thinking twice, now I have almost 10 months with the car and the attention in the agency is excellent; not like this one, CHEVROLET IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE THAT HAPPENED AT THE BEGINNING OF 2021
