★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención su personal son groseros, no atienden llamadas telefónicas y sus tiempos son para llorar pésimos en su trabajo lástima que estén ubicados en la ciudad dando una mala imagen a las empresas locales
Terrible attention, their staff are rude, they do not answer phone calls and their times are terrible for crying in their work, a pity that they are located in the city giving a bad image to local companies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un mal lugar para llevar tu vehículo a reparación, las dos damas que trabajan ahí, son muy groseras y prepotentes, hoy fui y me dicen que mi vehículo se quedara pero que no le harán nada, mas que la revisión de los daños que por que no trabajan, y les menciono que el vehículo me sirve a mi en vez de estar parado en su taller, y luego me dicen que si lo entregan firmando una responsiva del aire acondicionado y si turne algún daño más será mi responsabilidad, se me hizo muy alevoso de parte de ellos, o sea que cuando regrese me saldrán que no entra el seguro por que yo eche a perder mi a/c yo mismo, en serio que la aseguradora AFIRME debería de cambiar su taller de reparación, es la segunda vez que acudo a ese taller y es lo mismo, prepotentes y groseros, la vez pasada tardaron casi dos meses en traer las piezas, no lo recomiendo, lo malo es que no tengo opción por parte de la aseguradora.
A bad place to take your vehicle for repair, the two ladies who work there are very rude and arrogant, today I went and they told me that my vehicle will stay but that they will not do anything to it, other than the inspection of the damages why they don't work, and I mention that the vehicle works for me instead of being stopped in their workshop, and then they tell me that if they deliver it signing an air conditioning waiver and if there is any more damage it will be my responsibility, it made me very treacherous on their part, that is to say that when I return they will tell me that the insurance is not included because I spoiled my a/c myself, seriously the insurer SAYS I should change their repair shop, it is the second time that I go to that workshop and it's the same, arrogant and rude, last time they took almost two months to bring the parts, I don't recommend it, the bad thing is that I have no choice from the insurance company.
