Me desapareció mágicamente una botella de jabón líquido y un tapete
No aspiran bien ( pero bueno este último es irrelevante) en cuanto al servicio al automóvil , pues bien. Les doy 4 estrellas .
They did not give me a delivery order
I magically disappeared a bottle of liquid soap and a mat
They do not suck well (but hey the latter is irrelevant) in terms of car service, well. I give them 4 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia,poco compromiso por los ejecutivos y administrativos va hacer 4 años que compramos una troca jeep al cual les vendimos nuestro coche.
El primer detalle es que no nos han entregado el manual de la troca en un principio decían que pasáramos y pues no más nunca lo tenían cosa que ya va para en marzo del 2021, 4 años.
Y la segunda es que el coche que vendimos no lo cambiaron de nombre, cosa que la empresa flosol se compromete a cumplir.
Muy mala solución de problemas y cero compromiso. No confíen y no vuelvo a comprar en esta agencia.
Very bad experience, little commitment by the executives and administrators. It will be 4 years since we bought a jeep truck to which we sold our car.
The first detail is that they have not given us the manual of the truck at first they said that we should pass and then they never had it, something that is already going to be in March 2021, 4 years.
And the second is that the car we sold was not renamed, which the company flosol promises to comply with.
Very bad troubleshooting and zero compromise. Do not trust and I will not buy from this agency again.
