★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO, llegamos con una fuga ede agua y nos fuimos con la fuga aún existente y el termostato roto. No se hizo responsable de su inoperancia.
AWFUL SERVICE, we arrived with a water leak and left with the leak still existing and the thermostat broken. He took no responsibility for his ineffectiveness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El mecánico maestro y sus empleados son unos incompetentes, son amables pero técnicamente no dan la talla, llevamos el auto para reparar una fuga y no solo no dieron con ella sino que cambiaron piezas del auto que no debían, lo peor es que las instalaron mal y el auto ahora se nos recalienta cuando nunca nos había pasado, a la hora de entregarnos el auto el "maestro" no dio la cara, sino que envió uno de sus empleados el cual no tenía idea de como explicar lo que se trabajó. Lo llevamos a evaluar por un taller profesional y nos dijeron que el trabajo se hizo mal y que no debieron tocar las piezas que cambiaron ya que la fuga no era donde ellos indicaban sino las mangueras. Reclamamos al taller y nos dijeron que las piezas (instaladas por ellos y de alto costo) estaban defectuosas y no se hicieron responsables.
The master mechanic and his employees are incompetent, they are friendly but technically they don't measure up, we took the car to repair a leak and not only did they not find it but they changed parts of the car that they should not have, the worst thing is that they installed them wrong and the car now overheats when it had never happened to us, when it was time to deliver the car the "master" did not show his face, but sent one of his employees who had no idea how to explain what was worked on. We took it to be evaluated by a professional workshop and they told us that the work was done poorly and that they should not have touched the parts that they changed since the leak was not where they indicated but rather the hoses. We complained to the workshop and they told us that the parts (installed by them and of high cost) were defective and they did not take responsibility.
