★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden muy mal, siempre te regresan el carro con "detallitos", la pila no sirve, el faro no prende y solo se quedan cruzados de manos en vez de darte alguna solución.
They attend very badly, they always return the car with "little details", the battery does not work, the headlight does not turn on and they just keep their hands crossed instead of giving you a solution.

Pintura de chapa , me rompieron la extención que sujeta el tapón de la gasolina, me rompieron por no saber utilizar el broche de la varilla que sostiene el cofre, me dejaron polvoso por dentro mi auto, no me cambiaron mi fascia, la reutilizaron y se safa con la vibración del vehículo en marcha, mi puerta se siente que no tiene los absorbe ruido (lleva un alma de unicell para ese propósito Se lo quitaron ! ), y sopla aire que quien sabe por dónde se mete ! Lo peor que he visto de un taller asignado por una aseguradora ! GNP ..
BICOLOR EN PINTURA! No sé Igualo correctamente , JAMAS me llamaron para saber el progreso de mi unidad , aparte de tardadisimos !!! Dos semanas completas para eso ? Que poca madre !

Sheet metal paint, they broke the extension that holds the gas cap, they broke me for not knowing how to use the rod clasp that holds the hood, they left my car dusty inside, they didn't change my fascia, they reused it and it was Safa with the vibration of the vehicle in motion, my door feels that it does not absorb noise (it has a unicell soul for that purpose. They took it off!), and it blows air that who knows where it gets! The worst I have seen from a workshop assigned by an insurance company! GNP ..
BICOLOR IN PAINT! I do not know the same correctly, they NEVER called me to know the progress of my unit, apart from being very late !!! Two full weeks for that? What a little mother!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuvieron un tiempo de respuesta muy bueno en arreglar mi auto. El detalle que tuve es que al ingresar mi auto la 1era vez si declaré un iPhone , la 2da ocasión que lo ingresé asumí que como ya lo había declarado la 1era vez no era necesario hacerlo nuevamente.
Me entregaron el auto y me percaté que ya no estaba el teléfono.
Es lamentable que un buen trabajo de hojalateria, pintura quede empañado por ese tipo de acciones.
Les recomiendo que antes de que ingrese su auto a ese taller hagan un inventario minucioso ya que si se pierde algo aunque halla sido declarado no se hacen responsables.
3 días después encontraron mediante sus cámaras a la persona que sustrajo el equipo. Afortunadamente el encargado me lo hizo saber y me entregó el iPhone. Excelente acción por parte del personal.

They gave me the car and I realized that the phone was no longer there.
It is unfortunate that a good job of tin, paint is tarnished by such actions.
I recommend that before you enter your car in that workshop, they do a thorough inventory because if something is lost even though it has been declared, they are not responsible.
3 days later they found the person who stole the equipment through their cameras. Fortunately, the manager let me know and gave me the iPhone. Excellent action by the staff.
