★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta a mi parecer, más comunicación en cuanto a las reparaciones, así como cuando ya lo entregan que te digan que hicieron y que no hicieron, reparado nuevo, ajustado etc.
In my opinion, more communication regarding the repairs is lacking, as well as when they already deliver it to tell you what they did and did not do, repaired new, adjusted, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención por parte del propietario el Sr Quevedo es extraordinario la vdd, desafortunadamente algunos de sus colaboradores no cumplen con lo que dicen. Tal vez sea un caso aislado pero de las 4 veces en las que quedaron llamar no lo hicieron cuando entregaron el vehículo se encontraba sucio. Tal vez sean solo detalles pero son cosas que cuentan. El lugar se ve limpio y ordenado y sólo esas 2 cuestiones y bueno el tiempo de entrega pero pues al ser de aseguradora se comprende.
The attention from the owner, Mr. Quevedo, is extraordinary, unfortunately some of his collaborators do not comply with what they say. Perhaps it is an isolated case, but of the 4 times they arranged to call, they did not do so when they delivered the vehicle, it was dirty. Maybe they are just details but they are things that count. The place looks clean and tidy and only those 2 issues and the delivery time is good, but being an insurance company is understandable.
