★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente trabajo quedó muy bien mí coche nadamás los tiempos de llegada de las piezas los proveedores tardaron unos días más pero valió la pena la espera los recomiendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, fui ahí para la valoración dmi carro y se tardaron 1 semana en vez de tres días, pedí la opción de cobro de daños y me hicieron firmar algo sobre ello, a lo que les reclamo que todavía no lo quiero, si no tener la opción, me dicen que para tener esa opción debo firmar y me marcan más de una semana diciendo que el cobro de daños está listo, además de que el cobro eran 12k pero ellos lo pusieron en 2.8k supongo que querían que lo dejara con ellos para arreglarlo y así clavarse lo demás. Total terminé llevándole a un taller más fregadillo que cobró alrededor de 2000, era un Sr de aproximadamente 60 años y se tardó menos de 2 días en arreglarlo.
El punto es que realmente es un pésimo taller, me imagino quienes calificaron 5 estrellas son ellos mismos
Terrible place, I went there for the valuation of my car and it took 1 week instead of three days, I asked for the option of collecting damages and they made me sign something about it, to which I claim that I still do not want it, if I do not have the option, they tell me that to have that option I must sign and they mark me more than a week saying that the damage collection is ready, in addition to that the collection was 12k but they put it at 2.8k I suppose they wanted me to leave it with them to fix it and thus nail the rest. Total I ended up taking him to a more scrubbing shop that he charged around 2000, he was a Mr of about 60 years and it took less than 2 days to fix it.
The point is that it really is a lousy workshop, I imagine those who rated 5 stars are themselves

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabajan rápido pero la verdad les falta en cuanto a los detalles no lo pulieron bien y tuve que regresarse los por un detalle en la pintura les recomiendo poner más atención y les aseguro que no les faltará trabajo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ? apenas voy ir a ese taller espero empiezen este año 2018 con todas las pilas espero no me defrauden y no me hagan esperar más ? creo que el encargado de apellida Orozco no me quedes mal si ves este mensaje. *Me dejaron muchos detalles de pintura, y nose porque me pudieron las mismas piezas reconstruidas se suponía que iban a cambiar piezas dañadas por nuevas, y me pusieron tornillos que no eran, pintura chorreada, bueno hasta la copa del carro la pintaron, me quedo con una mala impresión sobre su taller. Espero hacerlo público para que la ciudadanía este al tanto de cómo trabajan en ese taller.*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio a cliente, se tardaron meses en valorar un choque y más aún para expedir la papelería para el pago, dan muchas largas, desconectan el teléfono, se esconden y si te contestan solo te dicen que hables al día siguiente o que se les quemo el cpu, ni levantando queja con Gnp se mueven. Ni de chiste dejaría el carro a reparar ahí, serian fácil 5 meses para que salga el carro de ahí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me pusieron piezas usadas y genéricas en mi carro, el encargado del taller ni estaba al pe diente que lo dejaran bien ya que se tardaron 4meses en arreglarlo. Me lo entregaron con piezas sueltas, mal pintado y mal lavado. Un asco de talle, si chocan no lo elijan para llevarlo por que se tardarán bastante tiempo
