★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente y una falta de respeto!!! Fui a ver un carro tan pronto lo publicaron y llene la solicitud de crédito. Quedaron de resolverme al siguiente día por la tarde para pasar a separarlo de inmediato. Nunca me llamaron para dar seguimiento. Llame todos los días siguientes a todas horas y no me resolvían ni prioridad me daban. Me llaman a los 4 días para decirme que ya hablaron con el banco y mi crédito ya esta aprobado pero el carro lo vendieron hace dos días.. Siendo que hable durante esos dos días muchísimas veces y solo me decían que seguía en proceso. FALTA DE RESPETO AL CLIENTE!!! ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA DE SERIEDAD!!!
Bad customer service and disrespect! I went to see a car as soon as it was published and I filled out the credit application. They agreed to resolve me the next day in the afternoon to immediately separate it. They never called me to follow up. I called every day thereafter at all hours and they didn't resolve me or give me priority. They call me at 4 days to tell me that they have already spoken to the bank and my credit is already approved but the car was sold two days ago ... Being that I spoke during those two days many times and they only told me that it was still in process. LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER !!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING SERIOUSLY !!!
