★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de dos ocasiones de llevar mi auto a ese taller por la apariencia de “bueno”, puedo decir que el servicio es impersonal, el trato indiferente y precios altos para el trabajo que realizan.
La encargada es déspota.
Al recibir el automovil hacen inventario pero al entregarlo, nunca es la misma persona que lo recibe, el inventario no se revisa y de hecho no te explican que le hacen al auto; al preguntar a los técnicos se muestran dudosos y nunca están seguros de que decir.
No se puede entrar al taller, ni tienen sala de espera, prácticamente solo te reciben en la puerta toman el auto y esperan a que te vayas para meterlo.
No vuelves a ver a la encargada mas que para cobrar (caro y de mala gana) y entregarte una supuesta hoja de servicio escrita a maquina y con corrector por todos lados.
En general, muy mala impresión de su trabajo.
Nunca regresé a pesar de que llamaban para ofrecer su “servicio”.
After two occasions of taking my car to that workshop because of the “good” appearance, I can say that the service is impersonal, the indifferent treatment and high prices for the work they do.
The manager is despot.
When they receive the car they make inventory but when they deliver it, they are never the same person who receives it, the inventory is not checked and in fact they do not explain what they do to the car; When asking the technicians they are doubtful and are never sure what to say.
You cannot enter the workshop, nor do they have a waiting room, they practically only receive you at the door they take the car and wait for you to go to get it.
You never see the person in charge more than to charge (expensive and reluctantly) and give you a supposed service sheet written by machine and with proofreader everywhere.
In general, very bad impression of his work.
I never returned even though they called to offer their "service."
