★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan muchísimo y aparte de que tardan te dicen mentiras cuando llamas a preguntar por el vehículo te lo entregan incompleto y mal echo el trabajo.. Pésimo servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO LO RECOMIENDO, tuve que regresar mi carro 2 veces porque me lo dejaron mal (en pintura todo salpicado y briseado) mala instalacion de las refacciones (no las pusieron bien y descuadradas) para el tipo de lugar, es una lastima el trabajo que dan. BUSQUEN OTRO LUGAR.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND, I had to return my car 2 times because they left it badly (in paint, all splashed and airbrushed) bad installation of the parts (they did not put them well and out of square) for the type of place, the work they give is a shame . LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO , me entregaron el coche todo briceado , les dije mas de una vez que limpiaran el bota aguas de las ventanas , las rejillas igual todas salpicadas de pintura , ni si quiera una lavada le dieron por no dejar , ni el taller de pintura mas chambon de barrio deja asi un carro , cero recomendable , para un trabajo de 2 meses !!!
HORRIBLE SERVICE, they gave me the car all briceado, I told them more than once to clean the boot water from the windows, the grilles all splashed with paint, not even a wash they gave him for not leaving, nor the paint shop more neighborhood chambon thus leaves a car, zero recommended, for a 2-month job !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, tengan muchisimo cuidado si por razones su seguro los manda a este taller o llegan a ir por si cuenta de verdad , mi carro solo se despego la facia delantera y se tardaron 1 mes en entregarme mi auto, no hicieron absolutamente nada, y todavia amenazando que si queria arreglo 1 mes mas y con palabras antizonantes por telefono, retire mi vehiculo del taller y me robaron la refaccion y que les comprovara que si me habian robado revisara sus camaras sino que me largara ,mucho cuidado les roban y una atencion mala y grosera de parte de todo el personal mucho cuidado con este taller
Terrible service, be very careful if for reasons your insurance sends you to this workshop or you actually go by yourself, my car only detached the front fascia and it took them 1 month to deliver my car, they did absolutely nothing, and still threatening that if I wanted to fix 1 more month and with antizoning words by phone, I removed my vehicle from the workshop and they stole my spare part and that I would check that if they had stolen me I would check their cameras otherwise I would leave, be very careful they steal them and pay attention bad and rude on the part of all the staff very careful with this workshop

Entregué un auto para reparación por medio de mi seguro, lo entregaron con muchos detalles.
Ya lo he llevado tres veces, y en la última tiene 10 días en el taller cuando la reparación es de no más de tres días.
Piezas que debieron ser cambiadas las parcharon o medio arreglaron.
Pésima atención de su personal.
Nunca acepten que el seguro los mande allí.
Terrible service.
I delivered a car for repair through my insurance, they delivered it with many details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ falta mejor seguimiento. de las 6 veces que interactúe que era el contacto interno que le daba seguimiento a los siniestros de mi aseguradora te decía que te iba a marcar y nunca te regresaba la llamada.para ser un golpe sencillo de arreglar losi 2 meses que se tardaron en pedir las refacciones y arreglarla se me hace un tiempo lento. Al final mi coche quedó bien aunque tuvieron que corregir un par de detalles a la hora de recoger la unidad. por todo esto es la razón de la calificación.
Need better monitoring. Of the 6 times that I interacted, it was the internal contact that followed up on the claims of my insurer, I told you that I was going to call you and never called you back. To be a simple blow to fix the 2 months that it took to ask the parts and fixing it is a slow time for me. In the end my car was fine although they had to correct a couple of details when picking up the unit. for all this is the reason for the rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio. La reparación de un pequeño golpe tardó casi 2 semanas, más de lo que tardaría en otro taller. Además, al recoger el carro observé una mancha de pintura que no estaba al momento de haberlo dejado, a lo que el sujeto del taller casi se niega a quitar “porque ahí no hicieron el trabajo”. Tuve que llevarlo por la aseguradora, pero si vas por aparte no lo recomiendo.
Bad service. A minor bump repair took almost 2 weeks, longer than it would at another shop. In addition, when I picked up the car, I observed a paint stain that was not there when I left it, which the subject of the workshop almost refused to remove "because they did not do the work there." I had to take it through the insurance company, but if you go separately I do not recommend it.
