★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el peor servicio de taller de todas las marcas, de entrada que te quieran cobrar $1000 pesos para cotizar el costo de cualquier servicio y que les tengas que dejar tu vehículo 3 días hábiles para eso, de verdad que son unos sin vergüenzas, que lastima y me sigue decepcionando Volkswagen. No lo recomiendo para nada.
It is the worst service workshop of all brands, entrance that you want to charge $ 1000 pesos to quote the cost of any service and you have to leave your vehicle 3 working days for that, really are some without embarrassment, which hurts and Volkswagen continues to disappoint me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dieron cita para el jueves 13 de diciembre, con un plazo de 6 días para la reparación, no me recibieron el auto y me dijeron que lo recibirían hasta la semana siguiente, ahora con un plazo de reparación de 12 días hábiles. Hoy llego con cita a las 11:00 am, pero me dicen que hay personas antes que yo. Para qué entonces la cita? Adicional, no te hablan para informarte de la llegada de tus refacciones, ni hay seguimiento profesional a tu caso. Falta confirmar como quedan las reparaciones.
