★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una mala experiecia de compra. Te ofrecen un precio por telefono y a final de cuentas pagas igual o hasta mas caro de lo que te habian cotizado en otro lugar. Yo me iba a ahorrar hasta $500 pesos en una compra y al final creo que solo me ahorré $50. Ojalà y capacitaran más a sus empleados.
 A bad shopping experience. They offer you a price by phone and at the end of accounts you pay the same or even more expensive than what they had quoted in another place. I was going to save up to $ 500 pesos in a purchase and in the end I think I only saved $ 50. Hopefully and train their employees more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no hacen validas las garantías, a 2 meses de comprar una batería (acumulador) y llevando un ticket que me hicieron en la agencia de FORD y de que NO funciona la batería, me dicen ellos que si funciona el acumulador, y que para ellos no es válido el ticket de Ford pero ahí en JDF ni dan ticket ni algo por escrito que si esta funcionando la bateria solo fue de palabra, ni me regresaron el dinero ni me cambiaron el acumulador por uno nuevo.
Bad service, do not validate the guarantees, 2 months after buying a battery (accumulator) and taking a ticket that I did in the FORD agency and that the battery does NOT work, they tell me that if the accumulator works, and that for them the Ford ticket is not valid but there in JDF they do not give a ticket or something in writing that if the battery is working it was only by word, neither they returned the money nor they changed the accumulator for a new one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chica que me atendió nos trató super mal, a pesar de que vamos seguido, me devolvieron peor la unidad que llevé a revisión, nos quería poner piezas que no habíamos autorizado, me fundieron fusibles,me marcaron que le hacia falta cambio de aceite y falso!! lo siento pero esta vez fue un pésimo trabajo JDF espero puedan revisar esos detalles con su personal. una lastima!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atencion de todo el personal del taller es buena, son amables y te recomiendan otros puntos a revisar del auto sin que lo solicites.. muy buena actitud de prevencion para mantener ok auto.
The attention of all the workshop personnel is good, they are friendly and they recommend other points to check the car without your requesting it .. very good attitude of prevention to keep the car ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡¡SON UNOS LADRONES!! Si pudieras darles cero estrellas, lo haría. La actitud de su gerente super déspota. No arreglaron nada, lleve el vehículo 3 veces, ya que cada vez fallaba más y me lo regresaron peor de como entraba y con unas mexicanadas, todo mal conectado, pésimo servicio.
NO PIERDAS TU TIEMPO Y TU DINERO, BUSCA OTRA OPCIÓN.
THEY ARE THIEFS!! If you could give them zero stars, I would. The attitude of your super despot manager. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo Servicio, si tienen la oportunidad de escoger lugares a donde llevar su coche, no lo lleven aquí, solo hacen mal su trabajo (aparte de los costos excesivos) rompieron un tapón para el aceite, y no lo mencionaron dejaron sin tapón mi carro. Tuve que conseguir otro porque no se hicieron responsables y aparte los encargados del trabajo hasta gritaron porque no aceptaban el error.
