★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son pésimos por no llevar un ticket no te hacen un cambio te dan pretextos absurdos se quieren comparar con cadenas transnacionales es de risa con eso evaden su responsabilidad ya que ellos dan las partes equivocadas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un asco de atención por teléfono sobre todo en la parte de Nissan te atiende una sra que de mala gana te atiende, no sabe de refacciones tiene que andar preguntado y al final te cuelga por es muy endeja para atender y así... Ni dan ganas de visitar a estos hdpm

Es mala onda que por ser mujer me quieran vender piezas de más o partes completas que no necesitas.
Bueno no sé si fue por ser mujer, pero así sentí, y más cuando en otros lugares sí me dieron soluciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es bueno y amplio para poder hacer la compra de tus autopartes, aunque no cuentan con un estacionamiento propio y en ocasiones te tienes que estacionar en doble fila y esto es peligroso y intranquilo ya que no más estas asomándose que no lleguen los de tránsito y te ganes una multa, el trato es regular ya que en mi experiencia me a tocado momentos en los que los empleados se ponen a platicar entre ellos y ya que ven que esperaste lo suficiente ya te atienden en la atención los califico con un 7.
Encuanto a los precios son similares a otras reaccionarias de la vialidad y no siempre encuentras lo que buscas no se bien si es porque se agotan demasiado o no las surten ellos pero es buena opción para comprar partes de tu automóvil que nesecitas remplazar ya que es una de las más reconosodas de toluca

In terms of prices, they are similar to other reactionaries on the road and you do not always find what you are looking for, I do not know if it is because they run out too much or they do not supply them, but it is a good option to buy parts of your car that you need to replace since it is a one of the most recognizable in toluca

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal,compre un espejo retrovisor para un Sentía 2018 ,en el espejo se le rompió una calavera chiquita del direccional, me dijo un empleado que me convenía mejor cambiar toda la pieza porque la calavera cuesta 3000 pesos y el espejo completo 1926.La compro y al momento de colocarla no es el.modelo ,no enbonaba en nada y veo en.la caja y dice modelo Sentra del 2013 al 2017,como me urgía paso a Nissan y pregunto y el costo de la calavera es de 105 pesos, no lo podía creer, me la querían vender en 3000 pesos,la regrese a la refaccionaria porque no era el modelo que necesitaba y no querían solamente cambio por otros productos e insistían en que era la correcta .Muy mala experiencia, aveces pensamos que estas reaccionarias son más baratas ,hay que checar precios en las agencias
