★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención a clientes llame para ver si me podrían mandar la ubicación para poder ir y checar donde es y cotizar mis piezas de refacciones, pero a fuerzas querían que les dijera que necesitaba si no no me mandaban la ubicación, la señorita que me atendió muy grosera, no me proporciono la ubicación y me dijo si la quiere busque la en la pagina.
Yo tenia buena perspectiva de esta refacciónaria y me voy con muy mala experiencia.
Very bad customer service, I called to see if they could send me the location so I could go and check where it is and quote my spare parts, but they wanted me to tell them what I needed, otherwise they would not send me the location, the lady who attended me Very rude, she did not provide me with the location and told me if she wants it, look for it on the page.
I had a good perspective of this repair shop and I am leaving with a very bad experience.
