Terrible workshop, unfortunately I fell into his hands because the insurance assigned me. It took more than two months to make a simple repair, first saying that the parts did not arrive and 3 weeks passed, after they arrived, they tell me that a bad part had arrived, and in "re-ordering" 3 weeks passed When it finally arrived it turned out that they forgot to order other pieces. In summary it is a very unprofessional place. And the "manager" over there (Manuel) seems to only play with the client and is actually someone obsolete there, the Office lady (Cristina) supported me more. Very bad experience!

Excellent service

The staff is friendly, but the quality of service is generally poor. The insurance sent me to that shop and after 2 years all the parts that were painted on me are all confused and stained, in addition to the fact that they broke the engine from the gas tank cap and they were not responsible for repairing it.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Do not come to this workshop if you value your driving safety. They give me my car without studs on a tire. No focus on the headlight that was going to be repaired and to top it off my fog lights did not turn on and they worked perfectly. The only thing of value is Cristina.

Terrible service, it took almost 2 months to deliver the car, they just give you long. they left the suspension in poor condition with the crooked bridge, with loose screws in the fork and ball joint as well as unbalanced. For your safety, don't go!

Terrible service and with the references that I read, it seems that it is the same autorepair procedure, to cover up their inefficient work, they do not respond to the request in time, the parts take time to arrive and when they finally put the car in for "repair" (because I was insisting by phone they do not communicate) it turns out that a piece has not arrived or it arrives badly and they take even longer, they do not have communication between their staff and they waste time, my damage was relatively aesthetic, I do not want to imagine when I will be a mechanic and when finally they dealt with my accident, they gave me a used headlight and I had to lose more time, the car was given to me with the paint breezed, they promised me to polish it to compensate for the "inconveniences" and the owner is double-faced at the end he told me that my car was already like this (everyone knows their car and mine obviously wasn't like that) so he would charge me if he polished it. Unfortunately I fell into this place because that workshop assigned me the adjuster, I think the insurance company ATLAS or the adjusters themselves will have some agreement because I saw several cars marked with that insurance company, take your precautions and ask for options before falling into the terrible hands of that workshop .
