★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es lamentable la atención que he recibido en la VW en CD Valles S.L.P., el pasado sábado 18 de enero del presente año, siendo cliente desde 2003, necesitaba orientación vía telefónica, sobre un problema de mi auto tipo Jetta, puesto que me encontraba a 91.9 Km de distancia, fue atendida mi llamada después de largo tiempo por "una gerente de guardia", dónde me informaba que, el gerente de servicio ya no se escontraba, que le dijera la situación, me interrumpe haciendo comentarios: ¡!su auto 2013 es viejo!! ¡!que puede esperar!! Por más servicio que le hagan, y reparación. !!Ya comprese uno nuevo!!
Con gritos y altanería se condujo hacia mi persona, colgado el auricular sin poder objetar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concesionario de VW, En General excelente las instalaciones, te atienden muy bien y si tienes que esperar (como fue mi caso ) por un servicio el lugar es cómodo y te ofrecen totalmente gratis agua embotellada, snack ligero y café, además te ofrecen transporte.
Los precios serian lo malo un poco elevados en comparación con un taller particular, sin embargo vale la pena por la garantía de satisfacción.
VW dealer, In general, the facilities are excellent, they serve you very well and if you have to wait (as was my case) for a service, the place is comfortable and they offer you totally free bottled water, light snack and coffee, they also offer you transportation.
The prices would be a bit high on the downside compared to a particular shop, however it is worth it for the satisfaction guarantee.
