★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo he ido una ves por parte de aseguradora HDI, espero no volver nunca, sin embargo cumplieron en plazo de entrega y tienen café de espera.
I've only been once by the HDI insurer, I hope never to return, however they met on delivery and have coffee waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para reparar un Malibú de aseguradora se tardaron 17 días en autorizar ingreso por papeleo y que nadie tenía idea de si estaba autorizado o no y para repararlo 12 días y cuando me lo entregaron MAL (NO) RECOMIENDO TALLER DE HOJALATERIA
To repair an insurer Malibu it took 17 days to authorize paperwork entry and that no one had any idea if I was authorized or not and to repair it 12 days and when it was delivered to me BAD (NOT) RECOMMENDING HOUSING WORKSHOP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé un coche porque se desvieló aparentemente sin razón alguna y tiene dos meses sin que me den una respuesta satisfactoria. Pues ni ellos mismos saben el motivo por el cual se desvieló sólo me traen vuelta y vuelta pero no me resuelven nada! Es un Cruze 2017 y aunque está dentro de la garantía me traen así, sin respuesta alguna ni mucho menos una solución!
I drove a car because it apparently turned aside for no reason and it has two months without giving me a satisfactory answer. Well, they don't even know why they turned aside, they only bring me back and forth but they don't solve anything! It is a Cruze 2017 and although it is within the guarantee they bring me this way, without any answer, much less a solution!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUSQUEN OTRO TALLER!!!! NO DEJEN SU CARRO AQUI!!! Lleve mi camioneta por un cristal roto. Un mes después no me daban respuesta. Despues de quejarme como 10 veces me dicen que tengo que esperar un mes mas... siempre he tenido que estar llamando yo. Ellos nunca llaman. Les vale madres el cliente. Busquen otro taller de verdad. Se ahorraran muchos dolores de cabeza.
LOOK FOR ANOTHER WORKSHOP !!!! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CART HERE !!! I carried my van through a broken glass. A month later they didn't answer me. After complaining about 10 times they tell me that I have to wait another month ... I've always had to be calling myself. They never call. Mothers are worth the customer. Find another real workshop. Many headaches will be saved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es horrible, no traigas tu vehículo aquí, te dicen una cosa y otra, te hacen que vengas y ya tienen cerrado, el gerente y las personas bajo su cargo tienen un trato mal hacia ti como cliente, simplemente pésimo
The service is horrible, don't bring your vehicle here, they tell you one thing and another, they make you come and they already have it closed, the manager and the people under his charge treat you badly as a customer, just terrible
