Mal servicio en la venta de carros , no te dicen la verdad para que te enganches con una venta de carro, se jinetean tu dinero o tratan de venderte lo que ellos quieren.

Lo que no me agrada es que los precios de las refacciones son muy caros. Se consiguen afuera mejores precios, por ejemplo en Fernando Automotríz y Refaccionaria California, aunque tienen poca variedad.

Muy mal, asesores de poca monta, con claras intenciones de cometer fraude, sigo analizando llevar mi queja a profeco, afortunadamente logre sacar mi coche de ahi, sin que agravaran el daño(solo perdí un poco de líquido de dirección), solo había que reponer el fluido, ya me cotizaban cambio de piezas innecesariamente, y sin garantias.

Buenos autos, buenos precios solo que el personal de venta promete mucho y no cumple. Tarda una vez que hacen venta ya nada les importa a pesar de que abusen o no respeten tiempo del cliente.

Excelente servicio del Sr. Alejandro Azpeitia pero tuve una mala experiencia en la Agencia me compraron una camioneta y no cumplieron en la fecha qué me habían dicho para pagarme la unidad tardaron ocho días más en hacer la transferencia qué malo porqué yo tenía qué pagar otra camioneta qué compré con un particular y tuve qué pagar una penalización por no cumplir en la fecha acordada

As a matter of fact this place was not bad for me a pair of years ago and that's why I gave it a rank of five stars because it was a good quality service in which you could get informed about your car's reparation's needs and never think you could be taken as a fool, however the last time Jun 2020 I asked them to revise my car's cooling system and one electric glass due to eye noticed issues, after three days I was told by them that they had to change some parts and the cost involved, that was when I noticed the didn't revised the car at all, they couldn't tell me where my car had the failure and what is more I was charged for nothing, in the other hand when I ask them the reason to change the glass's electric engine system they told me it didn't work, in that moment I felt something was wrong because I didn't believe it and I made my choice no to repair the issues there, finally if I could have been charged 20 thousand pesos I was charged the 25 percent of it in other repairing places, where I was told and involved about the real problems and their fixes which didn't need the change of the previously mentioned part's. So I suggest you to be careful, don't let them take you as a fool.
