★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sistema de paquetería es buenos y llega rápido. Pero el personal que tienen en sucursal no contestan los teléfonos, y si te llegan a contestar lo hacen de muy mala gana. No todos, pero los pocos que no saben dar buen servicio al cliente... dejan mal vistos a todos los que ahí laboran.
The parcel system is good and arrives quickly. But the staff they have at the branch don't answer the phones, and if they do answer you, they do so reluctantly. Not all of them, but the few who don't know how to provide good customer service... leave everyone who works there in a bad light.
