I have taken my car twice to this place. The first time it was through my insurance and the second time it was private. On both occasions they delivered the car to me in the time they estimated, they treated me kindly and answered my questions by phone and WhatsApp. I honestly don't understand why it has such bad reviews.

Unfortunately it went wrong for me, since a 3-day repair lasted a month, and still the day they were going to deliver it, they had not done the repair properly and that's how they wanted to deliver it to me, I entered it on 12/13/2021 and until 01/15/2022 they gave it to me and it was unfinished because they were missing the reflectors, which to date still have not arrived and there is no hope that they will contact me to put them on, because to contact the staff by phone They do not answer, it is necessary to go to the workshop and perhaps the person who carries out the repair will be found, but if not, they will not give you a solution, until the person arrives. And from what I saw, most of those who are in charge of the repair are handled in the same line. Very bad service really, and to date the repair is still not finished due to the issue of the reflectors. Unpleasant experience :(

The service is lousy, it's been 43 days and they still haven't resolved my situation, they throw the ball between the workshop, the insurer, the worst thing is that everyone is left to face you and it never happens. That fact is really frustrating. I no longer know what measures to take since they play with one.

They deliver very good jobs but have very poor communication with the client. My work took me 15 days, but who takes time to bring the parts or spare parts are the insurers!!! My insurer is GNP and the truth is that the person in charge in Asturias (Alejandra or Mariana Soe) does not have customer service, they are worth 0!!! ???

Terrible in terms of service when delivering I had an appointment at 5:30 for the delivery and it is 7:20 and they have not delivered my car yet, since I arrived they tell me that they are washing it and I cannot believe that they have already lasted more than 1 hour thirty washing the car ...... Well, all that remains is to wait for the car to be brought and more than the washing to see how the repair they made turned out.
