★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dos ocasiones a entrado mi carro por mi seguro y la verdad esque sus trabajos son execelentes?les falla un poco la atención al cliente pero se deja pasar x la calidad?hay q dar curso o más capacitación a sus recepcionistas ?es el único detallito.. pero felicidades por la calidad ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasta el momento el servicio no es del todo bueno, dejen les platico, mi hija llevo su auto a "valorar un golpe" y eso fue hace dos semanas y hasta hoy va a entrar a reparación, por mientras el tiempo de espera se me hace mucho, falta ver cuánto se tardan en la reparación y ver cómo trabajan, mi impresión (por qué acompañe a mi hija a la valoración) parece que trabajan bien, (conozco de hojateria y pintura un poco) pero hasta que no vea como quedo y que le hicieron al auto de mi hija podré dar una opinión real, por lo pronto repito, el tiempo de la valoración a la entrada a reparación se me hace mucho

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto California hace un trabajo muy agradable y profesional, son muy amigables y muy competitivos. Sin embargo, no confíe en un tiempo de entrega. Tienen un compromiso muy pobre en dar un tiempo estimado de finalización. He tenido dos vehículos allí y tenían dos meses de retraso en ambos. Si se comprometen, por ejemplo, a cuatro semanas, cuente con duplicar o triplicar ese tiempo. No hay sentido de urgencia.
