Que fue a donde fui me atendió el sr Javier y edmundo miy pacientes y me imprimieron los diagramas que necesitaba así como me apoyaron en determinar la pieza que necesitaba único detalle es que al ir soliciten el número de celular de ellos ya que puedes marcar y marcar a la tienda y nunca contestan en las instalaciones muy bien

No solo no contestaba las llamadas o mensajes ... Era el único medio de contacto. Llegamos a recoger el carro y el señor nos comentó .. salí a comer regreso hasta las 4... TERRIBLE...
Terrible attention from the person in charge of receiving the cars in the workshop ... Mr. Iván showed that he had neither the education nor the values. Not only did he not answer calls or messages ... It was the only means of contact. We got to pick up the car and the man told us ... I went out to eat back until 4 ... TERRIBLE ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Mercedes Benz dealership is resting on the reputation of the brand they sell. Personal service exist only during the selling phase when everything is nice, follow up calls are constant and polite. Things change when your car needs service, and they get really worse when something supposedly covered by the guarantee needs to be replaced, then they'll show you the reality and will charge you an eye to replace something that all over the world is covered by the car's guarantee. I've personally have had bad experiences repeated times and no matter how much you complain you'll end up paying anyways.
If all the above wasn't was enough, you spend literally weeks trying to schedule service for your vehicle. Simply nobody picks up the phone and if they do they just hang up. Beyond mediocre service...this is the most outstanding example or terrible service.
