Falta que trabajen el tema de atención a clientes y prescindir de los empleados que no tienen sentido de dueñez.

No hacen devoluciones, no dan garantía.
Pésima atención al cliente.
Me atrevo a decir, porque que llevo varios años comprando allí, sus refacciones son COPIAS.
La última vez que compre ahí, no me quisieron hacer CAMBIO FÍSICO.... , LES PROFERI UNAS BUENAS MENTADAS DE MADRE, Y POR FALTA DE TIEMPO NO FUI A PROFECO. HUBIERA AMADO HABER IDO A PROFECO, PERO X FALTA DE TIEMPO NO LO HICE...
NO COMPREN AHÍ...
