★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucha gente usa este servicio, los camiones a Toluca (y alrededores) salen cada 7 minutos aproximadamente (en lo que se llena el camión) , acepta pagos con tarjeta y efectivo. Algunos camiones tienen aire acondicionado y otros no, en general están limpios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio no esta del todo mal, prácticamente han reemplazado su flotilla de autobuses por Irizar i6 del año, muy cómodos y funcionales y la verdad salvo el asunto del WC, no le piden nada al servicio de "primera clase" de Caminante que son autobuses mas viejos y el servicio es mas caro.
Lo que no me gusta, es que el servicio directo cuesta lo mismo que el servicio intermedio si no circulan por autopista y sus buses no están tan equipados, otro problema es que aquí en el Estado de México, esa linea se esta volviendo un monopolio transportista ya que ha absorbido rutas y lineas del suroeste del estado y rutas al norte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son buenos en general, los camiones están en buen estado y tienen destinos a Metepec Bonanza, Toluca Terminal, San Mateo Atenco y muchos más, salen cada 15 10 minutos y en las noches tarda más en salir como 25 a 30 min. Salen camiones de 6 AM hasta las 12 PM, el directo solo baja pasaje, por lo cual es un poco más seguro. El precio no es tan caro, pero a veces suben el pasaje sin que se autorize, por ello no doy 5 estrellas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es rápida, hay varias cajas en las que puedes comprar tu boleto, así que no demoras demasiado en las filas. Los autobuses están en muy buenas condiciones, podemos viajar viendo una película muy cómodamente. El pasaje depende del lugar al que vamos, son precios accesibles. Dentro de la terminal hay varios comercios en locales y afuera están al igual varios puestos callejeros para realizar compras rápidas. Esta muy cerca de la estación del metro observatorio, solo hay que cruzar la calle.

Los autobuses son proporcionales al precio, sin embargo, hacen muchas paradas, son tardados y viajan sobre la carretera libre, lo que hace que el trayecto sea largo, tedioso y peligroso, pues los conductores suelen ir a exceso de velocidad en una carretera en la que se debe extremar precauciones.
Terrible service, the people selling the tickets are rude and inefficient and they don't even wear covers. The buses are proportional to the price, however, they make many stops, are late and travel on the free road, which makes the journey long, tedious and dangerous, as drivers often go speeding on a highway in the city. that extreme precautions should be taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salen 20 minutos después de la hora indica en el boleto, los boletos no tienen asiento asignado lo cual provoca que la gente se altere en las filas. No se requiere identificación para abordar. La atención en la taquilla es buena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy viajé a CDMX desde la terminal de Lerma. El servicio fue espantoso. El autobus iba totalmente lleno y tuve que viajar 2 horas de pie hasta CDMX. Flecha Roja vendió los boletos con sobre cupo y, a sabiendas que podrían no haber asientos disponibles, y el precio fue el mismo que si hubiera viajado sentado. El autobus apestaba a mugre. Parece que no sanitizan los camiones. Terrible servicio. No vuelvo a viajar por esa línea.
Today I traveled to CDMX from the Lerma terminal. The service was awful. The bus was completely full and I had to travel 2 hours on foot to CDMX. Red Arrow sold the tickets with over-capacity and, knowing that there might not be seats available, and the price was the same as if he had traveled seated. The bus stank of grime. They don't seem to sanitize the trucks. Terrible service. I will not travel that line again.
