★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente recomendable si se trata de viajar de terminal Toluca a terminal observatorio y viceversa, es económico, rápido, cómodo y seguro (dentro de lo que cabe). No doy 5 estrellas porque en ocasiones se les escapa uno que otro borracho que hace que el viaje sea una no tan buena experiencia así que ¡agarrese, rece al santo de su preferencia y disfrute su viaje en flecha roja!
 Totally recommended if you are traveling from Toluca terminal to observatory terminal and vice versa, it is economical, fast, comfortable and safe (as far as it goes). I do not give 5 stars because sometimes they miss the occasional drunk that makes the trip a not so good experience so grab, pray to the saint of your choice and enjoy your trip in red arrow!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nunca contestaron sus líneas telefónicas, lo rescatable es el chat, con un retraso de 3 horas pero me respondieron muy gentilmente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomendable !!tuve una muy mala experiencia jamas volveria a subirme a un autobus de esa linea !!desde que el autobus empezo a caminar un hombre se movio de haciento lo cual empezo a molestarme ,le hice saber al chofer y no hizo nada !le dije que parara que me queria bajar y me contesto que alli el no podia parar ,salimos de la central del norte a toluca ,cuando llegamos a toluca le dije si me podia acompañar a donde mi familia me esperaba y no quiso,me dio tanta tristeza !como puede haber personas sin tener un poco de sencibilidad !pense en las mujeres que an muerto!!!
Not recommended !! I had a very bad experience I would never get on a bus on that line again !! Since the bus started walking a man moved, which started to bother me, I let the driver know and he did nothing! I told him to stop that I wanted to go down and he answered that there he could not stop, we left the north central to Toluca, when we arrived in Toluca I told him if he could accompany me to where my family was waiting for me and he did not want to, he gave me so much sadness! how can there be people without having a bit of sensitivity! I thought about the women who have died !!!

There is no ventilation on the buses, so the heat becomes unbearable, apart from allowing people without face masks to enter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo q viajar constantemente a Toluca y gracias a Q descubrí q flecha roja sale de la central de Tepotzotlán, me han evitado recorrer todo naucalpan para tomar el camión en la 1o de mayo. El recorrido me tomaba más de una hora.
La central de Tepo es muy limpia salgo muy temprano y regreso x el mismo medio x la tarde, muy cómodamente y me evitó el bochorno de atravesar naucalpan, el olor insoportable a humo y ver tanta gente. Felicidades señores de flecha roja
I have to constantly travel to Toluca and thanks to Q I discovered that the red arrow leaves the Tepotzotlán power plant, they have prevented me from going all over Naucalpan to take the bus on May 1st. The journey took me more than an hour.
The Tepo plant is very clean. I leave very early and return in the same way in the afternoon, very comfortably and it spared me the embarrassment of crossing Naucalpan, the unbearable smell of smoke and seeing so many people. Congratulations gentlemen of red arrow
