★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desilucionada del servicio parece de segunda, no respetan el número de asiento asignado, no tienen baños, es primera ves que lo utilizo. Sinceramente no me gusto.
Disappointed from the service it seems second, they do not respect the assigned seat number, they do not have bathrooms, it is the first time I use it. I honestly didn't like it.

El autobús se detiene en cada pueblo y ranchería que hay por lo que se pierde mucho tiempo, se hace un viaje muy largo y tedioso porque son autobuses viejos y lentos. Me arrepiento mucho de haber usado este servicio, lamentablemente no hay muchas opciones, les recomiendo buscar una agencia que haga tours a mazamitla y los contraten para tener mejor transporte de ida y de regreso.
The seats are very uncomfortable. The bus stops in every town and settlement there is so much time is wasted, it is a very long and tedious journey because they are old and slow buses. I really regret having used this service, unfortunately there are not many options, I recommend looking for an agency that makes tours to Mazamitla and hires them to have better round-trip transportation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El camión hace paradas todo el tiempo, terminamos haciendo 4 horas de camino, suben demaciado gente al camión, en partes del camino iba gente hasta de pie y sentada en el piso, no lo recomiendo ni lo volvería a usar.
The truck makes stops all the time, we ended up doing 4 hours of walking, too many people get on the truck, in parts of the way people even stood up and sat on the floor, I do not recommend it nor would I use it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me agrado mucho viajar en Autotransportes Mazamitla ...se viaja muy comodo, el único problema es la salida de Guadalajara... Es un verdadero caos ... Y más a horas pico... Fue muy frustrante que había pasado una hora desde que salimos de de la central nueva ...y no salíamos de periférico, llevábamos 1 y media y apenas llegamos al km 40 ...pero de ahí en delante el camino fue más placentero ...
I really like traveling with Autotransportes Mazamitla...it travels very comfortably, the only problem is leaving Guadalajara... It's real chaos... And even more so at rush hour... It was very frustrating that an hour had passed since that we left the new power station ... and we did not leave the peripheral, we had been 1 and a half and barely reached km 40 ... but from then on the road was more pleasant ...
