★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contestan el teléfono de atención a clientes nunca. Las personas de recepción tanto de Teotitlán como de Oaxaca, no usan cubrebocas, tardan demasiado en facturar, el taquillero de Oaxaca pésimo trato al cliente.
They never answer the customer service phone. The reception staff from both Teotitlán and Oaxaca do not wear face masks, they take too long to check in, the Oaxaca ticket office lousy customer treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo muchos años viajando de Oaxaca a Teotitlán y viceversa, no tenía mayores quejas que las de la mayoría, pero últimamente he tenido muy malas experiencias sobre todo porque no cuentan con medidas de higiene por la contingencia y en las últimas veces el chófer (que es el mismo) sube a más pasajeros en el camino ubicandolos en los pasillos o en los bancos improvisados, es bastante incómodo.
I have been traveling from Oaxaca to Teotitlán and vice versa for many years, I had no major complaints than most, but lately I have had very bad experiences, especially because they do not have hygiene measures due to the contingency and in the last times the driver (who is the same) takes more passengers on the road by placing them in the corridors or on the makeshift benches, it is quite uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las 3 estrellas se las doy por una razon muy especifica, el tipo que atiende el mostrador de la terminal de oaxaca es sumamente pedante, te contesta a la defensiva y de una forma prepotente a todo lo que le preguntas, como si no estuvieras pagando por su servicio y el te hiciera un favor, ojala que lo cambien y si tienes que lidiar con el, trata de hacerlo rapido, es muy desagradable.
De ahi, las unidades de transporte son angostas, pero en general limpias, los choferes son amables.
The 3 stars I give them for a very specific reason, the guy who attends the counter at the Oaxaca terminal is extremely pedantic, he answers defensively and in an arrogant way to everything you ask him, as if you weren't paying for His service and he would do you a favor, I hope they change it and if you have to deal with it, try to do it quickly, it is very unpleasant.
From there, the transport units are narrow, but generally clean, the drivers are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención de la señora que atiende en Teotitlán, la atención en terminal Oaxaca deja mucho que desear. Tardan demasiado en realizar la facturación de mis boletos.
Excellent attention from the lady who attends in Teotitlán, the attention at the Oaxaca terminal leaves much to be desired. They take too long to check-in for my tickets.
