★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré ida y vuelta de Culiacán a La Cruz de Elota, pero al momento de querer regresar a Culiacán en la Central de autobús de la Cruz de Elota habían cancelado los viajes el miércoles y el martes siguientes por supuestas fallas del Aire Acondicionado del autobús. Lo que me hizo generar como gasto extra el tener que pagar TAXI de la Central camionera de la Cruz a la Autopista para poder regresar tomando otro de los autobuses que vienen desde Mazatlán a Culiacán y No es Justo nos cueste más gastos, eso debe correr por cuenta de ellos, los de AUS Auto transportes Unidos de Sinaloa. En la Cruz de Elota no hay otro tipo de autobús, y nos vemos afectados. Pienso que esto se soluciona devolviendo al pasajero el costo de su transporte a la carretera autopista para q no le afecte gasto adicional.

Very nice to attend but very bad that there is no earlier truck departures because one is not enough to go to the hospital appointments in Culiacán ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buenas noches. Antes que nada hay una mujer güerita chaparrita que vende los boletos de autobús y en lugar de estar haciendo si trabajo está en el teléfono. Me tardo 4 minutos hay parado esperando a q se desocupara cuando hubo terminado le pregunté q si ya me podía atender a lo cual se molestó y me contestó cuántos boletos va a querer yo le dije deme 7 x favor. 4 de venida y tres de ida. A pues la mujer me dio 14 boletos 7 de ida y 7 de venida. A lo cual le dije yo le pedí solo 4 de venida y 3 de ida. Deberían de prohibir el teléfono en horas de trabajo. No es posible q haga lo q quiera porque es un servicio x el cual a ella le pagan. No me quejo de la línea. Me quejo del personal.
