★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A la de atención a clientes que es por teléfono no avisaron al chófer que yo tenía que ir con ellos en el horario de las 6 de la mañana, pasó sin siquiera pararse dejándome ahí, esperando hasta las 8 de la mañana a qué abriera el local del autobús, le comenté a la chica que el autobús no se paró, así que me mandaron a otro que salía mucho más tarde, si viajan con esta compañía, les recomiendo que compren sus boletos directamente en el local, ya que las que me atendieron por teléfono no saben hacer su trabajo, en cambio la chica y el señor que están en el local, me apoyaron mucho con mi problema, a ellos les doy un excelente servicio al cliente
