★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservamos dos autobuses para un evento en Playa del Carmen, la gente de la oficina es inútil y te dicen que si no está la encargada Digna Ivonne Bravo ellos no pueden hacer nada. Digna Ivonne Bravo no contesta su celular y no emite recibos de pago... 1 hora antes del evento no hemos recibido ninguna confirmación de los autobuses y se realizó el pago del servicio desde una semana y media antes del evento... empresa realmente mala, no es muy seria y su servicio al cliente es espantoso, me repugna su falta de seriedad y me preocupa perder mi dinero... realmente lamentable... NO UTILICE ESTOS SERVICIOS!!!
We booked two buses for an event in Playa del Carmen, the people in the office are useless and they tell you that if Digna Ivonne Bravo isn't in charge they can't do anything. Digna Ivonne Bravo does not answer her cell phone and does not issue payment receipts ... 1 hour before the event we have not received any confirmation of the buses and the payment of the service was made from a week and a half before the event ... really bad company It is not very serious and its customer service is frightening, I am disgusted by its lack of seriousness and I am worried about losing my money ... really regrettable ... DO NOT USE THESE SERVICES !!!
