Total lack of commitment, ethics and responsibility, it does not surprise me that it has so few stars. I dialed 2 weeks before to ask for availability and he told me that he had units, when I wanted to go to reserve he told me that a week before, a week before I called again and he told me to go a day before, I went a day before without calling and he was not , the butcher from the business next door attended me, and he wanted to charge me $400.00 more because, according to that, the rent was there. When I kept the price they had given me, he had no choice but to accept. The day I needed the unit, about 5 hours before going to pick it up, the butcher calls me to tell me that there are no units and that the contract is cancelled. I marked the owner, with whom I had made the agreement so that he would inform me and he cynically told me that he had no units and to do as he wished, that there was my money in case I wanted to go through it. When I told him that he had assured me for 2 weeks 3 times on the phone, he told me something like "one thing is what I say and another is what I do". I do not recommend at all.

We rented a van for 12 people the weekend of March 18-20, 2022. We went to Media Luna and the van worked very well. We had no problem. We make sure to deliver the van clean and with the same gas that was delivered to us. Blessings.
